Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have tags attached. Approved returns may receive a refund or store credit. Customer pays return shipping. Exchanges for sizing are not available.
Not eligible for return
Gift cards, final-sale items, and custom or personalized items without a defect or error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please email Merch@UltimateMotorcycling.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If an error was ours, we'll correct it at no cost to you with a replacement or refund. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issues promptly.
How to start a return
To start a return, email Merch@UltimateMotorcycling.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
